[DU] No interaction menu for servo bot

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PlayStation 5
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.50
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All apart from stuff packs and paranormal
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try to interact with servo bot
What happens when the bug occurs? No sim can interact with servo bot, the pointer is greyed out
What do you expect to see? Interaction menu
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

My sims cannot interact with the servo bot. The creature is no deceased and the servo bot is part of the world and is not part of the household. No sim can interact with the bot.

    @8Faith8 Was the servo bot leaving the lot? If an NPC becomes non interactable, it's often because they have essentially left the lot. Can you travel to another lot and back to see if you can interact with the Servo?

    Hi

    the servo is hanging out at the lot. I have met him and a number of venues and even went to his house. I still can’t interact with him. 

    it does seem like he is damaged and no one can repair him. He walks around making a strange noise.
