Don’t know if it’s related or not, but my Sim couldn’t read his university acceptance letter. He could place in world, successfully, and then when in world place in inventory, but never had the “read” option. I had to just use the “check application status” action to get the acceptance to pop up so he could go to university. At the time I just thought it was an odd one-off glitch and didn’t check for an LE file. His scholarship letters actually worked fine.
I am not sure if anyone figured out thei sissue. I just had the same thing happen in my game today with the university letter. I was unable to read it but it did allow me to sell it in build buy mode.
I had the same problem, but I could delete / sell it by enabling the multiple option.
