[DU] Sims can’t move back into the same dorm

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I was able to fix it at first by moving one sim out then using the second sim who was still in the dorm to add her back to the household. This stopped working when their term ended at the same time so I had to move them both out. I’ve even tried having my sim drop out and re-enrolling her completely, but the option for Wayvern Hall still isn’t on the list.
What happens when the bug occurs? I had two sims enrolled in Wavern Hall at UBrite. When my sims re-enrol in university for the next term, Wayvern Hall doesn’t show up on the menu and I have to pick another housing location. If I try to move them back to the dorm, it says “must be enrolled in university”. I’ve enrolled them in both Wavyern Hall and then Drake Hall for the last few terms. Now Wayvern Hall and Drake Hall don’t show up on the housing menu at all.
What do you expect to see? My sims should have the option to move back into the same dorm or at least a dorm
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
I usually have CC in my game, but it still happens if I uninstall it

I ended up figuring out the issue months later, but forgot to update this bug report. I had initially used enablefreebuild to edit the dorm in another save, then placed the lot in the save I was playing in once my sims were at university.
For some reason, placing the lot in another save (or maybe cheating to editing it — but I haven’t had that issue with other edited dorms) caused it to set the housing option to Foxbury instead of Brichester. Once I selected Brichester housing in build mode, I’ve been able to play in the same dorm without moving out in that save with other sims.
