I'm also having an issue with a sim that is doing the Culinary degree and I know I've played other households in between and I've restarted the game several times since he was last able to finish courses. He was doing perfect A's before and now failing all classes and I'm just quitting without saving until I can figure this out since his GPA already dropped to B. He's got max cooking & gourmet cooking but I don't have much more useful info since it's very tedious to test these things.
I have the same issue. My sim has done all her course work and homework. She has hone to all her classes and gone to all her exams but she always fails half of them (2/4). I tried taking notes, during class. It made no difference. Now she can't enroll for 5 days. I repaired the game before starting the game.
