@7ccheerj hi there it sounds like you may have this bug:
If you want to take a look at the link and click Me Too on the first post on page 1 and add a reply if you'd like to do so. There's a discussion on there about possible causes which may be useful for you too. Looks like this bug has been going on for a little while now. I hope it gets fixed for you.
