[DU] Unable to get into building for Graduation ceremony (Multiple Graduates)

This happened to me too. I had three sims in the same on-campus household who all graduated at the same time. All three of them dressed and stood outside and did the "celebrate" thing. But only one of them was able to get into the building for the ceremony, the other two had the same "no room" issue as yours.
