[DU] Writing a scholarly paper does not fill the career task to 100%

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.79.93.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? I have everything EXCEPT Spooky, Knitting, Paranormal, Star Wars, Dream Home, and Cottage Living.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play a sim in the education career. Get to a level where the at-home task for the career is "Write a scholarly paper." For example, lead lecturer. Navigate to the career menu in the computer and write a scholarly paper.
What happens when the bug occurs? Upon completion of the scholarly paper, the task in the career tab will only be at 75% completion.
What do you expect to see? I expect that she should be at 100%. The task is "write a scholarly paper" not "write a scholarly paper and a little bit of yet another scholarly paper."
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No
