Earbuds

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.90.375.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All of them except for modern menswear kit and carnaval street wear kit.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? By using the ear buds.
What happens when the bug occurs? The ear buds cannot be turned off or taken out. The option for it isn’t even there anymore.
What do you expect to see? To be able to turn them off/take them out. For the option to do so to be there.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

Removing mods and cc did not change the issue with the earbuds.

    @Thankful0212 Works fine for me.

    Could you post a picture of your Earbuds menu ?

    Did you delete the localthumbcache file after removing your mods ?

    I can post a pic next time I’m on. And yes deleted cache. I did notice this last time I played that it did that. I got off flute game and when I went back to play later that evening the sims did t have the earbuds even in. So if it continues I can just go out and back in. Lol.
