Eating while listening to music is too slow

This falls into the category of 'eating too slow' but isn't related directly to music -- it takes WAY too long comparatively to drink orange juice or milk. This task should only take 5-15 minutes in game time at most (one would think, unless it's SOME glass of OJ). 

When I try to have a glass of OJ to give my hunger bar a slight tap before work, it literally takes over a half hour in game time to drink that OJ. This is just silly.

Last time my Sim mixed a drink from his bar it took 1 hour and 30 Sim Minutes to drink it! And that was alone doing nothing except drinking.

I also experienced that an allegedly "Quick Meal" - especially drinking OJ or milk takes the sim longer than eating a "normal meal".  My sim grabbed a glas of milk sat down drank a sip and then placed the glas on the table, where it stands for  -I'd say-  20min (in sim time) until she picked it up again to take another sip, just to put it right back on the table for another 20min... and so on. Very annoying!

I find the sims take FOREVER cleaning up plates. They'll stand in front of the plate for 10 sim minutes before they pick it up. And the housemaids don't pick up the dishes either in my game. So it's just a looooong process when it's time to clean house
