[ECK] Mirror Missing Tooltips / Not tagged Under Mirrors

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.112.481.1030 DX11
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All DLC
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? View the 'Shine on, Shine Off' Mirror
What happens when the bug occurs? this mirror + light combo is missing + dancing and + research and debate and should be tagged under 'mirrors' (currently its under table lights only)
What do you expect to see? all tooltips to be added, and it to be tagged with all the other mirrors, since it has all functionality as a regular mirror. 
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
