I am just going to throw out there that I didn't even know there was a ground turbine at first, so I was putting roof ones on the ground. When I saw there were ground turbines, I put them in, they break all the time, I googled and found out it is a thing. Just put the roof turbines on the ground. I know the specs aren't the same, but they never break.
Does this still need saves? I never get acknowledgement when I send saves so don't want to put myself out doing it if they're not needed.
