I have this now

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.97.42.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All content as of 24/04/2023
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have a dumpster
What happens when the bug occurs? Some Dumpster options say "Too full" and there's a visible mess around it.
What do you expect to see? No mess and full options
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No
For info: the lot type is generic
The lot type does occasionally like to switch to residential
The lot trait is Teen Neighbourhood, there are no lot challenges
Going home and back to the lot seems to "clear" the dumpster
