[ECO] Eco Lifestyle pack recommended on main menu despite already owning

Product: The Sims 4
Platform: PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.105.345.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All Dlc - including Eco lifestyle 
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? look at the recommended packs on the main menu with ECO installed.
What happens when the bug occurs? The pack is recommended for me.
What do you expect to see? Not a pack i already own to show up. 
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

    It's not just you, and it's not just that pack. Even if you own every pack in the game, you'll still get the same amount of advertising. All content is constantly and aggressively being pushed to every player, regardless of who owns what.
