[ECO] Fabricate Upgrade Part creates LastException

Still having this problem been having it for months. 

Tried replacing the fabricator, re-loading the game, resetting sims. Every household I play with right now uses eco parts I love this whole expansion and now I cant upgrade any of my items. 

Its also affecting the Civil Planner career as its one of the dailies and wont complete anymore.

I really would like this to be fixed!
