[ECO] [GRO] Creative Genius trait keeps Sims from making candles

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:Xbox Series X
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.82.4.2300
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? all of them
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? run candle making station interaction
What happens when the bug occurs? I was making my sim make carved candles for a gig, but my sim never completes the actual candle, and sim has frozen
What do you expect to see? candles in game being completed
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

not only does most of my sims interactions take between 10-15 mins to complete interactions, but im trying to make candles for a gig, and my sim, half an hour later, still the sim is stuck, not being comlpleting the candle

    hello, i just found out recently, that this bug happens with one of my sims, the other sim makes the candles and it works

    HI!! I'm not OP, and this is almost a year later, but yes, my sim has the reward trait for Creative Genius. She was able to use the candle maker fine until a couple days ago. I tried it with a sim who doesn't have that trait, and with a different sim who does. Is there any way to either remove the trait or make the candle maker work with the trait present????

    @YorunoTsukiko You can probably remove it with the traits.remove_traits cheat but I'm not sure what the name of the trait is to remove.

    I don't currently have time to look for it but you can google if you find it or check twistedmexis webpage under cheats if it's listed.
