[ECO] Paper bag glitches to the side for toddlers in live mode

Hi, I couldn't help my self and had to test it my self, yeah only when zoomed out the hat detaches form the toddlers hair similarly to the "bald toddler" bug. Heres 3 images of bug.
EA please fix my bag-headed toddlers! 

sidenote: I tested children and adults and their hats remain unaffected
