I'm having this issue as of the last patch as well (or perhaps the patch before)

Still seems to be an issue... Not storing any power, practically running candles only and off-the-grid appliances, several solars and still on negative power. Doesn't seem to matter if modded or not.

      I'm still having this issue. 2 years later I would have expected this bug to be fixed by now.
