[ECO] Self Sufficiency NAP: Not getting influence points

How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
What is your current game version number? 1.110.265.1030 DX11
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All of them
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Move a sim into a lot that has self sufficiency as the active N.A.P then garden or repair something.
What happens when the bug occurs? My sim doesn't gain any influence points.
What do you expect to see? My sim gaining influence points.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. I installed Lovestruck

Ever since I installed Lovestruck if I move a sim into a lot that has self sufficiency as an already active N.A.P the majority of the time, about 80-95%, my sim doesn't gain any influence points for gardening or repairs. This happens in all worlds and I've tried repairing the game, clearing the cache files and restarting the game without success.
