This is not a bug. In order to paint all the emotional paintings on demand, you need to complete the Painter Extraordinaire aspiration. After you complete this aspiration, you will be able to paint all the emotional paintings, create all the emotional sculptures, and write all the emotional books on demand. You are supposed to be able to take emotional photographs on demand if you have GTW but the option isn't working.
Emotional photographs ? You can make the memories from the pics a certain emotion. Is that what you mean ?
They removed the option to have emotional auras attached to photographs in the game when the changed memories with the patch. When they changed memories, the broke the photographs.
You can still set an emotion in the memory manager and get yourself in that mood. I haven't really tried photographs before but they way I understand you, you could set the emotion on the pic you hung on the wall ?
My Sim doesn't have that aspiration yet so I don't know if you an set all of them once you have it.
Yes, you used to be able to set an emotion to the photographs you hung on the wall. The emotional aura of photographs no longer function. I explained this I think in the collection thread on emotional auras.
Like many other animations and functions which have silently disappeared such as "Woohoo in Shower" which supposedly never existed, "Search for Truth" with telescopes, and the exhaust effect for rockets.
