@crinrict After uninstalling and reinstalling I started a new game. I did not add anything back into the game no mods or my old saves. I have been playing a clean game so far. I haven't seen any bloat with the other households but I have only been checking it out for an hour. I do have a duplicate Agnes Crumplebottom in town right now so I still feel like there is something more going on. I am creating a save version there. In the other households there is what appears to be Agnes Crumplebottom under the household name Horvath which was game generated. I will play test more tonight I guess.
@crinrict I don't think it is mod related. Before I uninstalled and reinstalled, I tested without mods and still was getting the problem. This is what prompted me to uninstall and reinstall the game. Maybe the reinstall helped we will see...I will continue play testing.
