I'm working on a Lot which is not accesible via Live Mode anymore, and i don't know what's causing it. I can access build mode without an issue.
Whenever i try to enter Live Mode on that lot i get sent back to the map view with the error code 132:4553968f:2c0686df and also 132:9ef011c1:8450ef61
I repaired my game, put out all my mods, started a new save, but this lot won't load in live mode still.
I don't know if this is the place to report this kind of issue, but i spent more then 20 hours into this lot already and it would be a bummer if this error continues to occur.

Try resetting your user files as described in the factory reset described in this post: http://answers.ea.com/t5/The-Sims-4/FAQ-Troubleshooting-Steps-amp-Known-Issues/m-p/3621199
You won't loose anything. Just make sure to not delete any files and make a backup.
After renaming, repair your game by right clicking on the game in Origin.
Try on a new game with nothing added back first (start new game). If it works, put back your save game and try again. If it still works, you can start putting stuff back.
The rest does not need putting back, cause they are mostly cache files that recreate or log files that are not needed for the game.

I tried almost all of the above as i saw this reply to a similar problem, but it's caused by the lot and i don't know what specifically causes it.
A version of the build in an earlier stage is completely free of issues, but after i worked on it yesterday, the newer version will not load in live mode.
Do we have a more general bug report on this because I feel we need one?
I have a Very similar problem, with a different error code (mine is 132:3d75644b:e4596f1a) and better exceptions mod is able to tell that it has something to do with ladders. I've been working on a large-ish build that has become unaccessible in live mode (as in, I can access it in build mode only but when I try to load the family that I moved there it won't load and I get the error). I have several ladders on the lot, some of them are ocean ladders since it's a lot in Sulani where I'm building. (and yeah I have already established that it's not my mods, it's that one lot. Another lot in the same neighbourhood loads just fine )
After getting the sims 4 For Rent expansion pack and starting a new game, when i went to load the game to play it again, it give me a loading error. I have tried relaunching the game, removing all my mods and cc, restarting my computer (mac), restarting origin and nothing has worked. I uninstalled the sims 4 for a second time and downloaded all my packs exception for For Rent and the game was able to load properly. I also tested to see if it was a problem with any mods or cc I had so while For Rent was not installed, I added all the ones that I previously had as part of my game back in and it was still able to play. Finally, I downloaded For Rent again the error appeared once more. Is this just an error that people are having with the new expansion pack or is there something else?

I'm trying to move my sims into a new house and when I try to load the household, the game returns me to the select world page and displays this message "sims 4 error code 132:4cb650b9:4027e49c" along with relaunch game. I have tried playing a different household in the same world, moving the lot to a different world, repairing the game, and removing mods and cc but the message still comes up.
I'm new to posting here, so I don't know the proper form to share my information, but I have this issue (with an error code "132:ba433161:d0ca6bde") after the latest expansion, "For Rent" comes out.
I checked my LE, and there was an error regarding ladders. As such, I have tried to adjust them or just delete them, but it was unclickable; it says, "Cannot make changes outside owned area." I think it's very similar to the issues with apartments about three years ago, but in my case, it's a residential rental lot.
Fortunately, I noticed that the ladders are still clickable when the game launches before loading households. This may be helpful for those who are struggling with this issue.
Although, as for me, the error is occurring after deleting the ladders too (I attempted some times, but I might have missed some ladders?)
I have also tried without mods, just in case. Also, I haven't used TOOL and any mods regarding ladders, but the lot has been made by other player, and at least it uses "moveobject" cheat.
I'm going to wait for the next update for now with expectation because it seems to be alright as long as I don't load the lot where the error is.
EDIT: Solved.
I had no idea about AllCheats that was mentioned above and how to figure IDs, but I checked some posts regarding Error Code 132, and I learned how to use it. I even believed the error was "132:ba433161:d0ca6bde", not "132."
Install AllCheats, open console (Ctrl+Shift+C) in build or buy mode, then type "objects.list adder" in this case (not a typo). Check objects' IDs, type "objects.destroy (ID you see)".
Confirm there are no ladders any more by typing "objects.list adder" again.
It was working for me. I placed new ladders but it seems to be okay at all.
I merged a few threads on this cause there seems various 132 that are the same: a corrupt ladder.
To find out if you have this or another 132, check the Last Exception file found in documents. Open it with a text editor and check if it says anything about ladders. If it does, this is your problem.
For Mod users or people not afraid to try a mod solution.
For People on Console/Not wanting to use mods
I'm afraid I don't have a solution. You can try to just manually delete all the ladders on your lot but sometimes that causes issues.

I am still getting this error code (132:5512d29a:e56c758f) and I don't know if this is happening to anyone else. I tried typing in the error code and I can't find anything about it. Can't visit my tenants..can't visit anyone.
I started off making a new game anyway so I could explore the new world of For Rent, without missing anything from my usual save, made a character bought some land, motherloded the heck out of her and nabbed a house on the Gallery for her to be a landlord of. Got some tenants and sent her off to explore the cave after the welcome wagon. Everything was fine but for some reason the tenants would go through her house to reach the communal area rather than through their own doors? Then on the third day, one of my tenants was breaking code with the trash so I sent my girl to investigate. Clicked on the door had her visit and then boom. World map page and an error code telling me to relaunch. ๐
Now, all my mods are up to date, I don't have MC on there as it's not working anyway so I don't think there is any conflict with my mods. I turned them off anyway and went in again, couldn't even resume or play my sims as it shows she's in her tenant's house. recovered a save and tried again, same thing happens. Did the whole spiel of emptying my cache ect ect, repair game ect ect, made new save, basic build, no bb.moveobjects on, ect ect. Same thing happens again but my error code was different. ๐คจ
I can't seem to visit anyone, I can visit the bars and parks but not homes. Even left to visit the Goths and that didn't work, tried loading up a different family and they were out and about, so I had them take me home and boom, error code. It's weird. The error code is different from other saves, I think my game is just broken ๐ข
I haven't played since the whole problem with the Dec update, I did update the game recently since it's been awhile, was hoping everything would be fine but...yeah.

Do you have any LastException files in your documents folder ?
Best is to delete the ones you have, then trigger the error and check if new ones are created.

Do make sure to remove ALL of your mods/cc beforehand and let the game create an exception on an unmodded game. Also make sure to delete the localthumbcache file. Use a backup of your save game to test.

Did as you asked, by removing all my mods completely rather then having them turned off, deleting the LastException, ect. I was able to visit other households but not in the same lot. I tried playing as the Linh-Sadya family and had tried to visit the sister, same thing happened again. When I went back to play the family, I then had them go to another household and tried to visit a tenant on the same lot, I was yet again pushed off to the world page, receiving the error code. ๐

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When I place a build from the gallery from another creator with the base game ladder into an apartment, I can no longer load into that unit and I'm back to the world manager.# I can load into it fine when in the World Manager's Build Buy mode otherwise no. I've tried deleting the ladder: won't load. I've tried saving the build without the ladder, replacing it with another build, replacing the build with the ladderless build, travelling to the offending unit: won't load. I've tried removing my mods, clearing cache and loading it into the unit: won't load.
What happens when the bug occurs? I meet a 5 minute loading screen before I'm sent back to to world select with this error message: "The game failed to load. Error Code: 132:b2728113:62b7a574. It is recommended that you relaunch the game."

@Luckyboy1983 Have you tested without the Mods folder? I notice you have All Scenarios there, but it's not compatible with the For Rent pack. You've also got a note there about ladders. Is it the whole game or a lot not loading?
Regardless, please test first without mods. Exit Sims 4 then drag your Mods folder to your desktop. Then delete the file called localthumbcache from Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4. If you think you might accidentally forget to exit without saving after testing, copy your Saves folder to your desktop too, to back it up. Now open Sims 4 and see if you still have the problem.
Same problem persists with all the mods disabled + new game and localthumbche deleted.
Problem: I live in a rental house, with other 4 rental houses on the lot.
I am the owner, yet I can't visit the other 4 rental houses.
When I try to visit, I get stuck in loading screen, and get error code 132:37f53103:f7976931. each time again.
This error brings be back to the home menu, where I can select MY rental house again, and that works.
Thou I can't visit the others rental houses on the lot.
- I had ladders installed before. Thou they're replaced with stairs.
- Did remove my save, without mods, started a new one... Same problem persists.
- Everytime same problem over and over. Can't visit as a rental owner the other rental houses on the same lot.
