Game wont load
hi! wondering why my game won't load. I feel like I've tried everything.
I've tried:
-delete catch files and reset the game in origin
-signing and out of origin
-uninstalling and reinstalling the entire game (only keeping my saves folder)
All this yet still the game shows up with this same132:8a80cd10:1f71dc40 error code, can anybody help? I really don't want to get rid of my progress
( Also not that it should affect anything but I use to have mods but deleted them before the infant update came out)
@ALLABELLABOO I tested your save and you have an invalid object on your lot. It seems to be invisible but still causing errors.
There's two ways to fix this:
One with mod/one without
For both methods you need to send the family home from vacation so you can enter the sulani lot in build mode.
Method A (no Mods)
1. Enter the Sulani lot into build mode from the lot
2. Bulldoze the entire lot
3. Lot is now accessible again but you'll loose the house this way.
You might be able to salvage the house if you save room by room and then put it back together. I haven't tried that. Saving the lot to the gallery and replacing doesn't get rid of the error.
Method B (Mods)
1. Downloadload TwistedMexis Allcheats mod
2. Enter the Sulani Lot from build mode
3. Open the cheat console
4. Enter: objects.destroy 1018394716006585497 (I do hope you get the same number)
5. Lot should now be accessible again
If this doesn't work and you still get the error, then the number is wrong. You can find the Number in the LastException file you get. So trigger the error, then check the documents folder for a new LastException.
It should have this part. The part after objID is the number you want.
