@crinrict You're welcome! I hope it helps. The only times I've known it to fail was when someone didn't follow the instructions--they saved instead of saving-as, for example, or they didn't switch lot type.
@crinrict Not specifically, and if I knew it was a residential rental, I'd hesitate to try, because of how buggy they are at present--bulldozing one can lead to a get_plex_tile_count error. But we also haven't been asking the lot type when we've been giving the list of instructions, and most people tend to send us error files without context (in the discord servers I do game and mod support in) and no one has come back and said that the errors continued or that they got new errors from it that I know of.
@amanda-amethyst I've tried one and it didn't work for me but since I had to change lot types as well beforehand to place something else, maybe something is different for them.
I'll try again.
I do have to say I just bulldozed the house and placed another and that also worked. Only the same lot doesn't work and only one specific unit.
