Every packet of starter fruits has the same harvestables

I must've bought well over 50 starter vegetable packets because I've never made it this far in the scientist career and didn't realize I would need carrots in my inventory for slimify serum today, after opening them all I have 99+ potato, 99+ mushroom, 99+ bell pepper, 12 onion, but not one single chicken picken carrot?! Guess I'll just waste the rest of my shift and go to real life bed.
