Fear of Death discussion interaction appearing on all age groups

Get Together, City Living, Cats & Dogs, Seasons, Get Famous, Island Living, Discover University, Eco Lifestyle, Snowy Escape, Cottage Living, Dine Out, Vampires, Parenthood, Dream Home Decorator, Laundry Day Stuff, Moschino Stuff, Tiny Living Stuff, Paranormal Stuff, Little Campers Kit, First Fits Kit, Desert Luxe Kit
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When a sim has the fear of death, in order to resolve it they must select a Ghost or elder sim and Discuss fear but the sim will see this interaction with teen, young adult and adult sims as well even though it should be for Ghosts and Elderly sims only
What happens when the bug occurs? When selecting the option, the fear will not go away and it does not count towards the want to fix the fear.
What do you expect to see? The option should not be available with sims from the other age stages, only for Ghosts or Elders.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. It was soon after Wants and Fears was added.

This has happened when my sim has had the fear of death both as an adult and as an elder, it has gone away after talking to an elder but they shouldn't be getting the option on other sims
