Sims 4 Bug Mixology Write Bar Guide I can't find the write bar guide in the computer in sims 4 please help

Do you have to be a 10 writing and a 10 Mixology to write the guide?
Sorry just getting back to this forum...
My sim actually did journalism prior to going into cooking/mixology. Been tag teaming the professions (wish I could get them all on one sim *sigh*)... But yes, he's got a 10 in writing. I don't know if this means you HAVE to have 10 in writing, he just does. So I am not going to be a good sample -- obviously it makes sense to have a writing requirement, but it would be "nice" if there was documentation for what that writing requirement is.
If I get around to setting his writing to different skill levels to see if it disappears I'll come back and post.
Ok I stepped skill level down one at a time from 10 to 1 for writing (mixology at 10) and I still could write a bar guide. So either something is wonky for people who didn't have writing when they got the task OR it's permanently unlocked for me. I also tried stepping down mixology and couldn't get it to go away.
I just finished getting my sim to a 10 writing and he is still a 10 mixologist and the option still isn't there..this is so silly..give us a task that can't be completed..it doesn't make any sense to me 😕mileyfrustrated:
