Since the Toddlers patch, not a single Sims can have babies. They get pregnant, then when they give birth...nothing, no baby. What's happening? Please help.
This is not an issue for most people, however if it is, You should still be able to have babies in a new save (world), For another user, moving into a different household solved the issue. For another user, going into Create a Sim with the sims (View a cheats guide) resolved the issue, Try both of these resolutions, if they don't work... As a last resort you'll have to create a new save(world).

I've merged your post with existing thread.
Are you using any mods in your game ? If so, please remove them
If not, try repairing your game through Origin
