Yes she has twins. But my other sims that aren't adults yet still get in the bath and come straight out

The problem is the vicinity of the crib to the shower/tub.
They get embarrassed because there is a baby in the 'room'. Walls and levels are ignored
(and yes, this is a bug).
Make sure you have at least 10 tiles between the shower and the cribs.
I'm going to add your thread since it doesn't have a stand-alone thread yet.

Moving the baby hasn't fixed it. I have no mods.

Did you move it to a different floor ? Any talking toilets or ghosts ?
Did you try replacing the bath tub ? Which one are you using ?
