[FEEDBACK] Witness the death of a Sim Bug Public Enemy Aspiration

Do they actually not witness it (meaning do they not show any reaction) or does it just not register ?

And just for completion sake: Are you using any mods ?

I don't use mods and 3 sims who died of old age have not been "witnessed" either.
