How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.32
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All but Batuu. Eco not installed.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Since October 6th update, the Spend 10 Hours Exercising Fitness Aspiration no longer counts hours. Had a Sim at 9/10, she can keep pushing the limit, it keeps being stuck at 9.
What happens when the bug occurs? Since October 6th 2020 patch.
What do you expect to see? The milestone completed.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.

Well, as described above. Before the patch, the Aspiration was working properly.
