Action progress bars no longer are interrupted when a new action is added to a Sim's queue.
Fixed in Patch 1.68.154/ 1.33

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Making sims cook
What happens when the bug occurs? The sim will begin cooking, Then stop and do push-ups (without any sort of fitness trait) , will tend garden, repair things, then the only option after that is to 'Clean up' the food just made.
What do you expect to see? My sim to cook and eat like a normal sim.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.

The sim has no fitness trait, should not be randomly doing push-ups, especially as often as they are. They are swiping things from their own home, cant eat because there is a break in the chain somewhere, this is just terrible. hardly playable.
For my sims, they keep stopping what they are doing (shower, eating, doing work on computer, etc) just so they can stretch or do push-ups, even though they have no fitness skills and there is no fitness N.A.P. active. I have all expansion packs, so I'm sure it has to do with Eco Living.
Temporary fix on the consoles is to make a backup of the saved data (always!), delete the whole game and reinstall it from scratch without Eco. Its 25GB. You get a warning some content is missing but then no more pushups, cakes, water, cubes.
