Action progress bars no longer are interrupted when a new action is added to a Sim's queue.

What do you expect to see? Sims should not have free will while autonomy is disabled.

I have autonomy disabled for my game and my sims are actively changing their tasks on their own. It's really annoying to have them stop reading at random intervals to perform some other activity.
