Action progress bars no longer are interrupted when a new action is added to a Sim's queue.
Fixed in Patch 1.68.154/ 1.33

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Just by playing the game
What happens when the bug occurs? Sims will do things on their own even if Autonomy is disabled such as Painting, Writing, Programming, Mold Clay or take a selfie.
What do you expect to see? Sims not ignoring what I tell them to do and going off to do their own little things
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
FYI Removed mods and it was still happening so I put them back on.
This ignorance of my settings of disabled Autonomy is really starting to get on my nerves. I know you like to keep your infamous reputation EA but this is getting ridiculous. even just some sign that your aware of this issue (Cause I know I'm not the only person with this)
