Action progress bars no longer are interrupted when a new action is added to a Sim's queue.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Ask the Sim to do ANYTHING
What happens when the bug occurs? The sim will start their task. Then stop and do push-ups (without any sort of fitness trait) , or stretch, or play with a lump of clay or any other random thing. It has made the game unplayable.
What do you expect to see? My sim to complete their action
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? No. Never.
