[FIXED] All bar venues are full of children and teens

    I believe this to be fixed. Haven't seen any in a while.

I haven't seen any children yet and I was just in a bar again last night in my game for about a Sim hour and a half. No kids. I'll keep watching, because I did have this bug when I played some months ago.
