Having a toddler in my actual game I also can confirm now that the bug has gone or does at least not occur every time like in the past.

Is that as teens too or only ya up ? My Child should become a teen soon. I'll see how she'll turn out.

Star and Judite are adult. Josefa is teen.
I've been watching my Sims growing up and I perceived the men are having great feets too but the women are the unique to have the swollen belly.
Maybe somehow its linked to the pregnancy even if they don't.
I do think my teen has the belly but not the big feet.
Need to check the other one that should age soon but is already a chubby child
I've had this issue since release of the base game (female children specifically), also NPC children (Both genders) always seem to grow up with 'negative' traits such as Glutton and Evil.
I made a screenshot today.
Until now all my three (not in CAS created) male toddlers in San Myshuno aged up heavier than they should. I never had such a problem before the Toddler Update. I cannot tell about female toddlers.
Does anybody have the same problem? Seems like a bug to me.
(EDIT) I moved one family with a female toddler (created in CAS) from San Myshuno to Newcrest and the mother got pregnant with a second child (gameplay). Both girls grow up "normal".
Then I created a family with two toddlers (girl and boy) in CAS and moved them all to San Myshuno. Both children grow up normal after forcing them to age up early.
