    Having a toddler in my actual game I also can confirm now that the bug has gone or does at least not occur every time like in the past.

Yes, the bug reoccurred with the Cats & Dogs pack! I think the same! I had the problem in the past but then it was fixed (or disappeared).

With the Cats & Dogs pack I started a new game and „tadaaa“ the bug was there again.

At the moment all toddlers do not grow up heavier than they should but I am not sure why. Maybe it was the latest patch (Mac 1.39.74.1220)? But the bug is not listed in the Patch notes.
