[FIXED] Artistic Prodigy (Childhood Aspiration) + Licensing Songs

My Child sim has the Artistic Prodigy aspiration but cannot finish because I cannot get 5/5 drawing types in the activity table. I have tried repeatedly to get him to draw all 5 types, and even put them all on the wall next to each other to make sure - but to no avail. 

He is stuck at 4 / 5 even though I have all 5 drawing types. Clarification: I didn't even GET the activity table until he got this wish, so it started at 0. His creativity level got to 10 at drawing #4 but I'm not sure if that has anything to do with it. Has anyone else had this issue and has been able to fix it?

Update: the drawings issue sorted itself out somehow for me, I had my Sim paint the 5 types of drawings for a 3rd round and it seems that either the "People" drawing is bugged or you have to draw them in alphabetical order.

Another Update: the licensing worked for me too now. I picked the first unfinished sheet music from the Sim's inventory and he needed around 6 Sim hours to finish it. After that I got the message that he wrote the song and the licensing option on the mailbox worked too.

I am supposed to earn $500 from licensed songs as an artistic prodigy, but when i attempt to do so, it says my child must age up before he can do so.  How can I complete a childhood aspiration if I have to age up to complete it?

Hmm, so this is interesting.  I decided to switch aspirations as I couldn't complete the one I was on, and wanted him to at least finish some of the others.  After you asked for the screen shot, I went to switch back, and I notice that the stage I was on, called "Harmonious" is no longer part of the aspiration...  It must have just glitched beyond the childhood aspiration and started into part of the adult aspiration.

It was a bit odd to me, as I searched for other people with the same problem, that NO ONE else had seemed to have had the same problem.  I really wish I hadn't switched so I could have sent the screen shot with the "Earn 500 from licensed songs" visible.  Now the Creativity aspiration shows up as complete, and a tier called "Harmonious" is not even part of it.

My sim is already at level 10 the max of imagination but still hasn't drawn 1 picture. I even finished another aspiration. On the activity table the drawing looks finished , but the green light where it says shes drawing is not moving
