[FIXED] Artistic Prodigy (Childhood Aspiration) + Licensing Songs

I have this same problem. 
My sim was at level 10 for creative (thank you New Skills Day) and I drew all 5. I even redrew the animal one because I had accidentally sold it. It still says 4/5.
