Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Just play the game as you normally would. Any Sims without the new "Loyal" trait are mean to each other for no reason at all, even if they have the "Good" or "Friendly" traits.
What happens when the bug occurs? Self-explanatory; my Sims are autonomously mean to each other for no reason at all, even if they are close friends and/or lovers.
What do you expect to see? I expect my Sims to be nice to each other autonomously, unless they have the "Mean" trait, which NONE OF THEM DO.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.

Please describe the patch or change you made. This has happened with the most recent patch where Emily and the new "Loyal" trait were added. And the issue seems to be with the "Loyal" trait itself. Any Sims with the Loyal trait don't seem to perform mean interactions autonomously, while those without the Loyal trait are autonomously mean.
These bugs are getting pretty ridiculous. I thought I'd never say it, but I'm getting to the point where I'm just going to start playing Sims 3 again since TS4 keeps breaking worse and worse with each new patch introduced. This, for me, is unplayable. A link to my Save files is available upon request, though I really don't think it's necessary since pretty much EVERYONE is dealing with this bug and it's pretty easy to replicate (unless your Sims have the new "Loyal" trait, in which they won't lash out and be mean for no reason).
