    Hey all, 

    This issue should now be resolved with the release of today's SDX drop and this thread will now be closed.

    If you're still having issues with this after today's release, please post in the new thread for investigation but please also be aware that the below examples are by design, and not bugged:

    1. Roughhousing NAP
    2. Mean Sims .. cause they are mean (and probably also evil)
    3. Brawls in Windenburg
    4. Club Rules

This is so bad I can't even let my sims talk to anyone without completely controlling the conversation or they will insult each other, doesn't matter what I do, positive traits, maxed out relationships, no negative sentiments, happens with all of them constantly if I freely let them talk. I am about ready to just uninstall the game. Please fix this. I am on PS4  have no mods only have get to work expansion, this only started happening after the last 2 updates. At the very least give us a cheat that disables being mean.

    Guys can we have an update please?! Surely this deserves a quick fix patch like the aging bug...those of us on console are completely stuck...I cant play at all even in a new save! Having to make excuses to my autistic son as to why he cant play this weekend, he was actually becoming distressed because he couldn't understand why his sim family are all fighting with each other, so just keeping him off it completely for the time being...wouldnt mind but the majority of the expansions (and we have them all minus the kits) were bought as gifts for him...I wouldnt have purchased anything else, espesh after the HSYs and base game update incident...but it is the only game he plays and it is brill for someone that struggles with social interaction etc in real life (for whatever reason)...luckily he has an open day at his dance school today so that will fill most of the day...only consolation I can give him is that I can't see the sims team releasing the base game free, intact with this bug, amongst all the hype and publicity surrounding the 18th...sorry I guess I just needed a moan...

      Hey @JaffaYogini after reading your post I decided to look up @lazarusinashes (thank for that) cheat and it works for PS4 too so probably other consoles too.

      If you change one of the traits on every sim to loyal they will stop fighting, seems the bug is related to this trait. We shouldn't have to give up a trait but it is at least a temporary fix. 

      If anyone needs to know how to change traits just hit 

      L1L2R1R2 at the same time opens the cheat box type testingcheats on r2 enter then x to open box again  then type cas.fulleditmode r2 close

      Then have a sim go to a mirror and choose change sim, you can change all sims in household traits and all.

        Im on Xbox one and I already tried that, even making a new save file with a new sim who was loyal cheerful and outgoing...welcome wagon came and the random insults began lol thanks for trying to help tho ☹️ when I was a kid I always played on PC but never used mods or anything...Id already bought too many expansions on console to switch platform once I realised the advantages... wish Id had got it all on PC then I could at least use some mods to help 😫

    What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Get famous, Seasons, Cats and Dogs, Get Together, Get to Work, Werewolves, Jungle Adventure, Vampires, Dine Out, Spa Day, Spooky
    Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Let any sims interact for more than ten minutes
    What happens when the bug occurs? Sims insult each other without player input it happens regardless of traits or relationship level.
    What do you expect to see? Sims should NOT insult each other automatically without the player input. It literally makes it impossible to build good relationships between sims.
    Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
    Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
