I'm not seeing bartenders with random clothes anymore.
Yes, please merge. Its just that since the latest couple of patches, NPCs who wear uniforms change out of them and never wear them again. This would be the bartender, maid , pizza boy. They wear them like once or twice and then they return in Everyday 1 set of clothes. Since there isn't currently a career outfit, it seems the trigger to have them change for their job is broken. It really looks awful to see your bartender in a torn jeans or your maid in a running suit.

- Maids will no longer appear at work in their everyday outfit, but will be dressed appropriately.
This appears to be fixed except for Librarians. Maids and other npcs are wearing their uniforms again. The librarians must not have an outfit assigned. The game pulls from the full body outfits which can often be a hotdog, clown or llama costume making the librarian pretty silly looking sometimes.
