Basements will not create irremovable flooring between levels.
Fixed in Patch 1.55.105
I'm having the same issue. I downloaded this castle from the gallery today for the second time, beacause I had it months ago, and it worked. But now the floor between the levels is not removable, It completly ruinned the built. Is there any solution for this problem?

Looking carefully at the screenshot that is the bug we have all reported. On the left side of the shot you can see that the "floor" of that castle is a basement which is where you get the issue.
Do you have the details for that build? I have a far less elegant version and I am curious to see what is "should" look like.
Also, no fix as yet.
