Dust and Dust Bunnies will show up after a reload, now where did I put that Dust Dandy Cordless Vacuum?

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have the Bust the Dust kit, have it enabled, load up a save and play through a few days
What happens when the bug occurs? I have the Bust the Dust kit installed and enabled. But since the latest update (and subsequent patch), my homes no longer ever get dusty.
What do you expect to see? I expect the homes to get dusty after a few days. I expect the things I pay for to work as intended.

I love this game, but lately all EA has been producing is broken content. I want to continue to play this game, but I need EA to start caring about their fanbase, and to fix the problems they create.
