Dust and Dust Bunnies will show up after a reload, now where did I put that Dust Dandy Cordless Vacuum?

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.90
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All expansion packs except HSY. Outdoor retreat, Spa Day, Dine Out, Dream Home Decorator, Werewolves, Parenthood, My Wedding Stories. Cool kitchen, Kids Room, Laundry Day, Toddlers, Movie Hangout, Nifty Knitting, Tiny Living. Little Campers, Bust The Dust.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Playing on a household activating dust system.
What happens when the bug occurs? Dust won’t appear on the lot, meaning I don’t get dust or dust bunnies even tho I own the pack and the system is activated.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see dust and dust bunnies on my households again.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. Patch of July 26, it wasn’t fixed with the patch that was released to fix the aging bug.
I installed july 26 patch (before hsy was released) and it stopped working. After the latest patch that was supposed to fix the bugs related to july 26 patch it still happens and I tried removing my mods and playing I play tested a new vanilla save just to make sure mods weren’t causing the bug and it still happens after 2 sim weeks the house is still clean and shiny. I started two new saves - vanilla and with mods - and still nothing!

I, too, have noticed Dust is nor forming. I noticed it shortly after getting HS Expansion though admit I didn't really play much until the release of the following patch to avoid damaging my families in the game (aging glitch). I was playing it again today, and again no dust. I don't have warewolves but had no issues prior to getting High School.
