[FIXED] [BDK] Still has effects even after I turned them off

    "Bust the Dust" visual effects no longer appear when the Dust system is turned off.

    Fixed in Patch 1.91.186/1.63

@thefailedbeta To my knowledge the bug for dust bunnies despite turned off hasn't been fixed so I'm merging this for the main general thread. thread.

Bug is still happening, last day or so I had dust-related moodlets and today a dust bunny appeared in a house, with Bust the Dust settings turned off.

The house is in Strangerville.
