[FIXED] [BG] [IL] Eyelashes change color to match hair color

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.75.125.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All expansion packs, Realm of Magic, Stangerville, Parenthood, Vampires, Dine Out, Spa Day, Paranormal, Nifty Knitting, Tiny Living, Laundry Day, Toddler, Vintage Glamour, Fitness, Kids Room, Cool Kitchen, Perfect Patio, and then Courtyard Oasis and Country Kitchen kit packs
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Select any of the new hair color and check the two bugged hairstyles to see the eyelashes change color (Sulani hair, and one base game short hair)
What happens when the bug occurs? When these hairs are selected with any of the new hair colors, the eyelashes change color and match the hair color.
What do you expect to see? black eyelashes with blond hair
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. The newest patch that added hair colors and likes and dislikes
This occurs with both the male and female hair, and with any of the new hair color swatches. I've checked All other hairs for this bug but these are the only 2.

Your Sims just LOVED their new hair colors, but noticed it also changed their eyelids and eyebrows instantly? I mean instant eyeliner is something I truly desire but we know that we needed to fix this one everyone, so indeed your Sims can no longer getFixed in Patch 1.76.81/ 1.4.
