[FIXED] Bills are wrong amount if playing another lot when they arrive

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.64.84.1220
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Expansions: All except Eco Lifestyle Game Packs: Realm of Magic, Dine Out, Outdoor Retreat Stuff Packs: Moschino Stuff, Laundry Day, Bowling Night
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? You can find the bug by living in the 19 Culpepper House in San Myshuno, and go to the gym before 5:00 a.m. Monday morning.
What happens when the bug occurs? The rent will become due at 5:00 a.m. on Monday instead of 10:00 a.m., and will be considered as unpaid. The full original bill (power, water. and original rent) will still be intact, and cannot be paid. This causes a high bill payment amount for the following Monday.
What do you expect to see? My original bill due at 10:00 a.m. Monday morning no matter where I am.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

In my attached screenshot, you can see I have more than enough funds to pay the bills, but somehow I have unpaid rent. I have removed all of my CC and Mc Command Center, deleted the local thumb cache package file, and repaired the game. The issue is still there. I was hoping that the force bills cheat would work, but it seems that it was removed from the game.

I removed the mods before and after I received the bill. I had a save that was that saved on Saturday (in-game day), and played through it without mods and cc.

@epaor Could you post a picture of what you're bill looks like when you're on the lot when it arrives ?

@crinrictNope, that's not it. I'll try to catch the bill while on lot and while off lot.

so bills on lot I've got after 11 a.m. and on other lot after 5 a.m. indeed.

Here are screens, in Polish this time. The first one is on my lot, the second one is on different lot.

It's like it tells me to pay bills of this lot even if I come home.

@epaor It does look like what I saw in the other users save.

You get a bill only for the lot taxes but nothing else and the lot tax amount differs as it's probably the one for the active lot you were at (which is also probably the same that's been happening since OR came out)

I couldn't duplicate the not being able to pay the bills so I think it's basically you're getting the bill for the active lot your own but since you don't own that you don't have any of the extras or get the reductions/fines.
