[FIXED] Bonsai Bush to Bonsai Tree - Perfect isn't good enough?

The option to convert my Perfect Bonsai Bush into a decorative Bonsai Tree is greyed out saying that it requires excellent or better quality.... but the plant is perfect quality. 1. Are you using...

    • Excellent quality and above Bonsai Shrubs can now be converted to decorative items.

    This has finally been addressed in patch 1.24.102

Magnificent isn't good enough either. All my sim's fruit is magnifient or better so no hope of planting the inferior excellent quality plant.

The only workaround I can see is to graft  inferior quality daisy and strawberry plants to get inferior quality bonsai buds. Plant them. Once the shrub reaches excellent don't evolve it further. That's a whole lot of work for a gardener whose plants have all evolved past Excellent.
