[FIXED] Bonsai Bush to Bonsai Tree - Perfect isn't good enough?

The option to convert my Perfect Bonsai Bush into a decorative Bonsai Tree is greyed out saying that it requires excellent or better quality.... but the plant is perfect quality. 1. Are you using...

    • Excellent quality and above Bonsai Shrubs can now be converted to decorative items.

    This has finally been addressed in patch 1.24.102

I'm having this problem as well.

1. Are you using mods (Please answer with: Yes, Never, Removed) --> Never

2. Are you using custom content (as in clothing and objects) ? No

3.What is your Operating System (XP, Vista, Win 7, Win 8, Win 8.1) ? Win 7

4.Do you have the download or DVD Version of the game ? DVD (Premium Edition, if that matters.)

The buds I started with were magnificent. I could not convert the grown magnificent shrub to decorative. I evolved it to pristine and it still doesn't work.
